Soft Sheen

THE PRODUCT
Francesca’s Soft Sheen has an attractive mid-sheen finish suitable for interior walls and ceilings. It comes in all our colours. It is easy to clean due to low sheen and it can be touched up. Ideal in kitchens, children’s bedrooms, passing points and common areas.

TYPES OF SUBSTRATES
Plaster and embossed wallcoverings. Also suitable on wallboards, concrete, cement rendering, brickwork and blockwork in interior situations.

DRYING TIME
Touch Dry in 1-2 hours. Recoatable after 3-4 hours.

PREPARATION
Ensure the surface is sound, clean, dry and free from grease. Remove all loose and defective paint. Rub down glossy surfaces with fine waterproof abrasive paper. Seal absorbent surfaces with a solution of up to 1 part of water to 9 part of Soft Sheen.

APPLICATION
Stir well before use. Do not thin, except for absorbent surfaces, or when applying by roller or spray when a small quantity of clean water may be added. Suitable for application by brush, roller or spray. Apply evenly and avoid overspreading. Apply a second coat after 2-4 hours. Do not apply in temperatures below 10C.

COVERAGE
1 litre will cover approximately 12.5 square metres, depending on porosity of surface.

CLEANING
Remove as much product as possible from application equipment immediately after use in soapy water and rinse thoroughly. Do not empty product into drains or watercourse. Replace lid firmly.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Colour variation can occur between batches due to the natural pigments used, therefore, it is recommended that all Francesca’s Soft Sheen be purchased at the same time. Keep the lid tightly on. Keep out of reach of children. Do not swallow and avoid eye contact. If accidental contact occurs, rinse eyes with copious amounts of water. WHEN USING MORE THAN ONE TIN COLOUR IN THE SAME ROOM, INTERMIX BEFORE USE.
