What is Oil Gloss?
Francesca’s Oil Gloss is a top quality high gloss finish for wood and metal surfaces, both inside and outside. Oil gloss is incredibly durable and can be made in all our colours.

Orders below 50 litres, which are ordered before noon, will be sent out the same day for next day delivery using FedEx Priority Service. For larger orders please allow a little extra time.

Surface Preparation
Ensure surface to be painted is sound, clean, dry and free from grease. Rub down previously painted surfaces with fine waterproof abrasive paper to provide a key. Avoid the inhalation of dust. Wear a suitable face mask when dry sanding.
Application
Stir well before use. Application by brush, roller or spray. Apply one or more coats as required and allow 16-24 hours between coats under normal conditions. Do not apply over polystyrene surfaces.
Coverage
1 litre covers approximately 17 sq meters, depending on porosity of surface. Strong or contrasting colours may require additional coats. When using more than one tin colour, intermix before use.
Cleaning
Remove as much product as possible from application equipment before washing. Wash equipment immediately after use with White Spirit or Turpentine Substitute. Some locals authority have special facilities for disposal of waste coatings. DO NOT EMPTY PRODUCT INTO DRAINS OR WATERCOURSES. Replace lid firmly. STORE AWAY FROM HEAT AND FLAME
General Information
Contains Cobalt Carboxylate and Ethyl Methyl Ketoxime. May produce an allergic reaction. Repeated exposure may cause skin dryness and cracking. Keep away from sources of ignition. No smoking. Ensure maximum ventilation during application and drying. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Keep out of reach of children.
